I had a fantastic experience with Complete Classic Auto Restoration and couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my 1967 Ford Mustang. Junior did an outstanding job listening to my needs, communicating throughout the process, and making sure everything was taken care of. He and the entire team followed through with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. While I was checking out, I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Vince. After speaking with him, it was easy to see why his employees provide such great service. Vince was personable, professional, and genuinely focused on customer service, and that attitude clearly carries throughout the entire team. Junior, Vince, and the entire Complete Classic Auto Restoration team—thank you for taking such great care of my 1967 Mustang and getting me back on the road! I don’t usually write reviews, but this is one that needed to be said. This is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve done business with when it comes to communication, punctuality, and overall professionalism. I brought my car in for a full restoration from frame up to paint job and I was given an estimate that I felt comfortable moving forward with. However, as the months went by, the costs started climbing, it eventually reached nearly double what I was originally quoted. That alone was very frustrating, and the money part isn’t a problem, it’s just an inaccurate estimate from they’re end, but what made the experience worse was the constant delays. I was given a completion timeline of seven months… That deadline came and went, and the car still wasn’t finished. Every time I checked in, the completion date kept getting pushed back due to what I was told were “schedule issues” or “unexpected occurrences.” At some point, those explanations stop feeling reasonable, especially when they seem to stem from poor planning rather than anything outside of their control. We just picked up our 1965 Rambler American from Harwood Complete Classic. We needed to have our AC repaired. Adam did the work and what a great job he did. Jr took my husband and I on a tour of the shops. What an awesome experience; you see my husband and I are old motor heads. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They are honest, friendly and their work is absolutely impeccable.

Just a quick text on the repairs and great care of my classic car, that had serious front end issues and that the Vincent and Junior were able to fix. This a go to shop they don't stop until it is fixed. Glad I found them and I will use them for future projects.
